It's been a while!

Well, the Japanese Baseball League gave the players a 4 day hiatus from playing any games for the sake of the Olympics.  To make it fair to the teams here who sent players to the Japan team, none of the teams played.  The guys still had practice and then resumed games about 4 nights ago.  Mike pitched the first 2 of 3 games in the Chunichi Dragons series.  

1st game:

8th inning- 

1st guy grounded to 2nd

2nd guy grounded to 2nd

3rd guy struck out

2nd game:

6th inning (2 guys on, 2 outs)

Lee (hit 2 homeruns night before) struck out

7th inning

1st guy struck out

2nd guy bunted and got to 1st safely

3rd guy flew out to left and guy on 1st tried to steal and was out (double play)

Currently, we are in Tokyo.  I have just joined Mike today (alone) while my mom is watching the kids for 3 days!  YAY for us!  Pictures will soon follow!
